We have a group of 30 collaborators, including technicians, secretaries and managers in the post-sales/ technical assistance department.

Our collaborators are qualified and trained in periodical internal and external improvement courses (in Brazil and abroad) in order to be always able and integrated with the technological advances of globalization. As a first step to customer service, the entire process is duly recorded and technically analyzed. In countless cases the process is solved via phone. In others a technical visit is scheduled within the shortest period of time, in up to 48 hours.
