OUR HISTORY
| 1971 | Foundation of the society (November), - São Paulo. Production with own technology of the first Weighers, Dosers, Eletro-mechanical and Continuous Sealing/saddle to close plastic sacks and of paper. |
| 1973 | Production (still with own technology) of the first Vertical Automatic "Brazilian Machine ", to form, fill and to close sacks starting from reels of material therm sealing, model Thermofilm. |
| 1977 | Entry of IWK VERPACKUNGSTECHNIK and UHLMANN PACKSYSTEME. Beginning of production of the cartoner Vertopac VP-120 and of the blister machine UPS-300L with know-how of the new shareholders. |
| 1980 | Enlargement of the factory in Guarulhos, for approx. 3.000 m2. Production of the first horizontal, continuously working cartoner,Cartopac CP-230 made in Brazil. |
| 1987 | Move to the new factory, with an area total of 5.200 m2 constructed. |
| 1988 | IWKA took over 100% of the shares of Fabrima. Start of exportation business. First exports to Chile and Argentina. |
| 1989 | Release of Multihead weigher BCM with PC command developed by Fabrima. |
| 1992 | Release of the machine FLEXIBAG (vertical FFS machine, globally one of the first ones with servomotors, command and controls by the Computerized Command Fabrima-CCFO. |
| 1993 | Expansion of the factory for approximately 8.000 m2. Celebration of exclusive contract of resale and technical support for all of the Latin-American countries with the firm GARVENS AUTOMATION for check weighers. |
| 1994 | Release of intermittent, horizontal cartoner, model FLEXICART. |
| 1996 | Release of the machine FLEXIFLOW, first continuous vertical machine of Brazil, with mechanical capacity to manufacture up to 160 bags/minute. Release of the machine BLISTERFLEX, computerized blister machine, of medium capacity, succeeder of the UPS 300L. |
| 1999 | Release of the machine KF-350, case packer, manufactured under license of J + P Maschinenbau, Germany. |
| 2000 | Production of the first continuous, horizontal cartoner, model CARTOPAC-CPR, under license of IWK Verpackungstechnik GmbH. |
| 2001 | Nationalization of zipper device for Flexibag under license of Flexico, France. Development of Cartopac-MI, first machine installed at customer Astra Zeneca. |
| 2002 | First presentation of a machine at Interpack 2002, Cartopac-MI. Start of internationalisation of business beyond Latin America. |
| 2002 | First sales to Asia and USA |
| 2003 | First sales to Europe |
| 2005 | Introduction of new vertical bag maker generation |
| 2005 | Introduction of new blister machine, Blisterflex Hi-Pro. |
| 2007 | Introduction of new blister machine, Blisterflex 2 |
| 2007 | The Packing group was sold to “Odewald&Companie” and on the August the group starts have named of Oystar The Process & Packaging Group. |
| 2008 | Introduction of new jointly with IWK develop blister machine BP-5 and presentation on Interpack in April 2008. |
