TRAINING

With the purpose of improving man/machine, Fabrima makes available periodical courses in "Flexibag", "Dosers", "Blisterflex" and "Vertopac" machines; which may ministered "in company" or in Fabrima's course facilities. For a fee, all courses are open to employees from the production, maintenance and other sectors.

We have proof of the result in investing in courses: improvement in the efficiency and production, reduction in time stopped machines and especially of the em self-esteem in the company, which makes the saying "One cannot demand from an untrained employee."
